Objective: Work with the client to create an interactive 3D web catalog to promote their upcoming game Hardware (now Homeworld: Shipbreakers)
Delivery: We delivered a full 3D vehicle catalog with an X-ray view of internal parts in 13 weeks
Client: Blackbird Interactive
We worked closely with Blackbird Interactive to develop a 3D vehicle catalog for their website with Unity, which involved creating models for internal vehicle parts and creating a user interface that matched the game's style.
My Role
• Programed camera controls and part selection
• Worked with our other programmer to integrate user interface with backend code
• Created several iterations of hangar environments
• Modeled internal vehicle parts for X-ray view
• Helped other artists to develop their modelling skills
